Cancellations

Because e-books are delivered the moment payment succeeds, an order can't be cancelled once it is complete. If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no order is created and no money is kept.

When we refund in full

• You were charged twice for the same book.
• The file is damaged or won't open and we can't fix it within [3] working days.
• The book is materially different from its description.
• You bought by mistake and haven't downloaded the book, and you ask within [7] days of purchase.

How to ask

Contact support with your order number (it starts with NX-) and a short description. We reply within [2] working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They usually reach your account in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

The refunded book is removed from your library.
