Nexa World sells digital products only. Nothing is shipped.
Template for review. Nexa World must supply or approve the final wording, and a legal adviser should check it before launch. Items in [brackets] need the business's details.
How you receive your books
As soon as your payment succeeds, the books appear in My Library and on the order confirmation page, ready to download.
Delivery time
Instant. If a book doesn't appear within 15 minutes of a successful payment, contact support with your order number or Razorpay payment ID.
Formats
Each book page lists its formats (PDF and, for some titles, EPUB). Files work on phones, tablets, laptops and desktops.
Downloading again
You can download your books again at any time from My Library.
Shipping charges
None. There are no physical goods and no shipping fees.
