• Payment confirmation from Razorpay (a payment ID and status). Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay, not to us.
• Technical data needed to run the site, such as essential cookies.

How we use it

• To deliver your books and keep your library available.
• To send receipts and reply to support requests.
• To send The Nexa Brief, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe from any email.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers who run the service for us, such as Razorpay (payments), our hosting provider and our email provider, and only as much as they need. We never sell your personal information.

Keeping your data

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open and as required by tax and accounting law. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to marketing emails, by contacting us.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and book files are delivered through short-lived private links.

Grievance officer
